Woodland, McCoy & Shinn, LLC is a small, general practice law firm. We have offices in Manahawkin, NJ and Wall Township, NJ. We have been in practice since the mid 1980’s with a commitment to provide a high level of personal service to the residents of the community.
In addition to our professional practice work, we are involved with various civic, professional, and religious organizations throughout the area. Experience
The attorneys of Woodland, McCoy & Shinn have almost 50 years of combined experience. We have assisted our clients in a wide variety of legal practice areas and have appeared in many courts throughout the state, most particularly in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

Practice Areas
The attorneys of Woodland, McCoy & Shinn are highly qualified to address a wide variety of legal issues. In the course of their professional practices, each member of our legal team has become particularly skilled in certain specialty practice areas:
- Thomas McCoy’s primary practice areas are litigation and family law and, in addition to his professional work, he also volunteers as a mediator in such cases for the court.
- Robert Shinn handles the practice areas of real estate, and estate and probate law, and serves as the attorney for the Tuckerton Zoning Board having become an expert in land use matters.
